Tribulus increases testosterone through increasing lutenising hormone (LH) in your body. LH tells your body to produce testosterone. Why is this beneficial? As Tribulus is not a hormone supplement, it merely works within the body’s natural limits helping achieve muscle and strength.

Much tribulus research and studies have been conducted and there are some differing results. Like many products in the market place there are people who will swear by it and people who’ll swear it does not work. Obviously the marketing materials you read from supplement makers will tell you all the effects and benefits like it’s a miracle herb, then talking with like minded fitness trainers and sporting individuals, you’ll find a wide range of opinions on the subject, both good and bad.
Ultimately in my own experience and from people I have trained, I would have to say that tribulus works, but not for everyone.
