Awesome Mass A specialised gainer formulation that offers all the nutrients you need to fuel quality mass gains. Loaded with full spectrum whey protein, short chain whey peptides, complex micronutrients like yeast and lecithin plus pure creatine, Awesome Mass is the original anabolic formula. This formula also contains energy dense medium chain triglycerides (MCT's) which are an easily digested direct fuel source for the body. MCT's are used for muscle energy and ATP production. They are unique fats that are especially suited to hard gainer's needs as they are metabolised like carbohydrates, minimising fat storage potential.
Directions: Add two scoops (approx 75g) to 300ml of milk or fruit juice and mix in a blender or shaker. Awesome Mass is designed to enhance the calorie density of your diet to enable you to build body mass, so use in addition to regular meals and in conjunction with a proper weight-trining program. The optimum timing for using Awesome Mass is mid-morning, after a workout and before bed.
How to Use: Awesome Mass Gainer can be taken with or between main meals. Use up to 3 times daily for maximum benefit. To boost the energy value of your Awesome Mass shake, you can add other foods, for example:
Add a medium banana = 30g carbs, 1g protein
Add 3 tblsp of fruit yoghurt = 14g carbs, 5g protein
Add a whole egg = 0g carbs, 6g protein
If you have not used a nutrient dense supplement like Awesome Mass before, start with a half size serving per day for five days before increasing to a full serving. Recommended maximum daily intake is three servings.
